I have problems with headphones

Every time I connect them to hear the music go well for a couple of minutes then stop playing I do not know why you help me ??? I thank in advance anyone who answers me thankyou

have you checked the headphones with another device? also have you tried using another pair of headphones with the phone to see if the problem is still there?

I have the same problem. I just got XZP 2 days ago and has been using it. I used my beat sport headphone for my Xperia Z2 and it has been working great. I just used it today on my new XZP and the music goes a few seconds and it stopped. I checked with my Z2 and it is fine. However, I use sony headphone and it works fine. Can anyone from Sony help to fix this issue please? I am about to send back this phone, even though I am a big fan of Sony. I love my Z2 but it is too slow now. Please help!!
