Backup & Reset not backing up everything

I scheduled my phone to backup daily to have a peace of mind, however today I found that not everything is backed up, even though I selected to backup all the options (such as device settings, email, applications, etc) . I was totally caught off guard when restoring my phone after a factory reset, where some of my important stuff were not being restored:

Accounts - none were restored. Be it Google, Facebook, email

Fingerprints - none were restored

Apps - only some of my apps were restored, not sure why the others are missing

Also the backup & Reset app tends to freeze during restore process, which at first confused me that it was not even working. The progress bar only show itself after turning off & on the screen.

Now I have to spend more time to work on the data which it missed out.

Sony please fix this!

I suspect fingerprints aren't being backed up for security reasons? accounts and apps are usually taken care of by Google's cloud backup, as long as the apps have been installed from Play Store.

last time i rest and used sony's BnR i lost one time paied apps! and alot more stuff

do not trust it..!

i was sure its about the same as titanium backup .i was s o w r o n g!

(of course i cant use TB beause this phone still under warranty unrooed with btlocked)

if you bought an app via Play Store, then it should be tied to your Google account and you should be able to install it any time you want without paying again if you're logged with the same Google account, without having to restore any backups.
