So, generally i can SS anything... like everything... except conversations in fb messenger... so when i long press the on/off button the choices will pop-out 1. Off 2. Restart 3. Screenshot...

But in the case of my fb messenger., fb messenger closes when i long press the on/off button.., i do have very importand fb messenger messages that i need to SS but really., why i cant SS it..? What will i do... help me please...

Hi @Elspeth,

Please be aware that with third party apps there is limited support we can offer. It is often best to contat the developers. I will try to assist you as best I can.

When using the chat heads that float over other apps, the screenshot will minimise the chat window back to the floating head.

If you open the full application, it should remain open and allow you to take the screenshot.

Use alternative way, press "power" and "volume down" together.

It works for my Xperia X
