    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my xz2 and bought is since Aug2018. It was a nice and useful phone for me. However, after updating system software version to 9, I started notice charging problem. Now it happened frequently and I have to monitor all the time. If not the charging is disconnected. I used my original charger which was included in phone box since I bought it. What do I have to do? Is that software or hardware problem? Also if I am listening to music, I have got a problem which the music is stopped sometimes bcoz of the port problem I think.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please reply me as soon as possible. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

First of all I would suggest that you make&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;sure that the charging port is free from lint, dust and moisture. A blocked port can prevent the USB connector from fitting properly, and therefore prevent charging. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ensure that the USB port is completely dry, and gently remove any lint or dust using, for example, a wooden or plastic toothpick.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Also, have you tried other chargers/adapters in order to see if the behaviour persists?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this and let me know how it goes!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Moisture maybe the reason because some times I too face this issue... Mostly in Air conditioner room...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
