I got a code off of Vodafone, I tried the code, it failed, I took it into Vodafone, they tried code, it also failed, I want to know how I get the phone unlocked, pissedoff.com

Hi @Redh ;

Please check under the Service Menu (dial *#*#7378423#*#*) what do you have in Service Info>SIM lock.

If you have any attempts left it must be your network operator to at the device is locked to unlock it.

I have took it into town , to one of the shops that unlock phones, apparently, it has a row of zeros, I have only tried the code twice, and also done a factory reset, with no luck, it has said that the code has been tried 5 times, not by me it hasn't, what do I do next ???

Normally the number next to the X gives you the attempts you have left to unlock the device.

As I told, if you have any attempts left you should ask the network operator to at the device is locked to unlock it.

If you don't have any attempts left try contact your local Sony Support Team.
