XZ2 Compact IMEI check

Hello!

So I am checking my XZ2 Compact IMEI at imei24.com and it says that phone color is White Silver while actually it is black. Is it normal or should I suspect that the phone been tampered with?

And yes I got the IMEI number by Dial *#06# - should be the correct one. And I checked both IMEIs as it's dual SIM.

I don't know how accurate a site like that is, but if you send me a private message with your IMEI number, I can see if anything looks suspicious or not.

Everything looks fine here, I can't see the colour though.

The device was sold to Norway and it was updated the first time on the 29th of December 2018.

I'm not sure if you are the original owner or not though, but I hope this information can be helpful!

Thank you. Is there a way to check if the phone was refurbished or something like that? It was sold to me as original and completely new. Even though it looks like new, I suspect it was used by someone before.

Entering service/test meny I see that it has been Factory reset 2019/12/04. Factory reset reason - MasterClearConfirm. Do completely new devices go through factory reset?

I forgot to include this information in my previous post. It says "Activation date" 2018-12-29. The activation date is pretty much when the device was first started and was connected to a mobile network.

When did you purchase the device? The service menu isn't something that we really support so I can't say for sure if that is the last factory reset on the device or not, but if you bought it in December 2019, everything points to you not buying a brand new phone.

In that case, get in touch with the seller and they will need to explain to you if it has been refurbished or similar.
