As you can see I am new to the forum and really need some help.

I have an Xperia X Compact which I originally got from EE with a 5GB data plan.

Recently I upgraded to a 25GB SIM only plan.

Today my data turned itself off as I had reached the 5GB point and the phone still registers that as my data total.

A long phone call to EE and changes to different settings have achieved nothing. The data limit is set at 5GB and won't accept anything higher than that. Even a phone reset didn't work. They say it is a Sony problem.

So I can't see how your settings exactly are.

Anyway.

Can you find the switch to turn off your data limit in settings?

Use the search function in settings.

And come back when you can't find out.
