Could you test the phone and also boot on >>> safe mode

to test the phone

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the fingerprint sensor

Im having the same problem (fingerprint hardware not available) . And i cant find the 'test fingerprint sensor' in the diagnostic app

Hi Having same issue, suddenly I get notification that Fingerprint hardware is not available. I tried the test and it passed, but still getting the same message. Strange is that for Work part the fingerprint works perfectly fine.....

it's very annoying as I have this mobile just 24 hours

And now even test is not working, just before getting circle to the end I get error message about TIME LIMIT UP, no matter how fast I am doing it, what is this about????

Start with a search.

Does it happen in safe mode too?

Or:

Goto settings-apps & notifications-tap 3 dots-show system-scroll for fingerprint app-tap storage-clear cache and clear data, maybe that helps.
