Hi dear staffs.

while i bought a z5 premium phone i found a charger with UCH10 and a Cable with EC801 Model.

The side of micro usb was loose and slack.i guessed its not z5p cable and seller changed it.
so i decided buy a new cable from net . i buyed a ucb11 cable but they sent me EC803 cable . the side of micro usb is good and tight and strong.but i think with this canble charging slowly ... should i must try to buy a ucb11 cable or i can buy other brands like Remax 2.1Amp cable ?

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Since UCH10 is a quick charger it's very important that it's used only with the original UCB11 cable that was included together with your charger.

EC801/EC803 are genuine USB-cables, but for you to be able to quick charge your phone you will need to use the UCB11 cable.

I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team and they should be able to assist you with how to get a hold of a new UCB11 cable so you don't have to charge your phone at normal speed anymore!
