    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to elaborate more has the phone ever had a signal? What network? Reason I'm asking that it's not unheard of from people selling existing contract phones to naive buyers then reneging on the contract &amp;amp; then the unsuspecting buyer being cut off when the network responds.&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
