Hi @Mucahit66,

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of you downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you perform a software repair using PC Companion.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately my z3 phone is broken (I have become unusable. I have bought sony xperia xz. When I entered the menus on this phone, there is no alphabetical order on the right side of the screen. I looked at the settings but I was not able to fix this problem. .
