      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1094558"&gt;@lvb&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you see the available Wi-Fi network(s) when you go to Settings &amp;gt; Wi-Fi? If you do, is there any error message when you try to connect to the network(s)?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have the possibility to try with another Wi-Fi network, that would be great so we can see if this behaviour occurs on that network as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also try and reset the network settings in your device and see if you then are able to connect to a Wi-Fi network. To do that, go to Settings &amp;gt; Backup &amp;amp; reset &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Network settings reset &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Find and tap RESET SETTINGS, once it has been done, reboot your device and see if you are able to connect to the network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there has been no change, try rebooting your device in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and see if you can connect to the network when downloaded applications aren't loaded.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
