Just to clarify, when you say the phone cuts out. Do you mean it completely turns off or does the screen go black?

No problem @Cazy1, thanks for clarifying that!

Do you have a screen protector or case on the phone?

If so, can you remove those and wipe the screen with a dry cloth and see if you experience the same problem?

Everytime I use my gone to answer call or make a call my screen goes black and cuts off... .
