Do EET europart sell original spare parts for Z3C ?

Hello all,

I want to repair my z3c instead of disposing it off. I checked replacement parts for rear camera, and on the Sony Europe websites they have directed to a specific company named "EET Europarts" for sourcing the spares. The links are as follows

Germany: https://services.sony.de/support/de/spare-parts

UK: https://services.sony.co.uk/support/en/spare-parts

and same page with same link exist for Austria, Latvia, Netherlands etc.

EET Europarts seems to be a genuine spare parts provider since it is listed on Sony's website, however when i chatted with Sony 'Mobile' Support from UK and Germany, both of them bluntly told me that Sony Mobile does not sell spares to individuals and that i have to go to the service center. They even refused to acknowledge the links by justfying that they only deal with SonyMobile Services and the links are from 'Sony.uk'/'Sony.de' instead of 'sonymobile.co.uk'

So my question: Is EET Europarts really a provider for genuine Sony spares, since the customer service are only dodging the question?
