Xperia z Not charging when on, only when off

Hi when i connect to charger my xperia z nothing happens also when i connect to usb no signals no lights nothing ,only when i turn off then i connect to charger it starts to charge .it All works normaly no problems at all only that i can't charge or connect to usb when on .

When you have your phone connected to the charger. Go to settings > about phone > battery status. Does it say not charging?

no it says Discharging only when i turn off led is on and after some hours it green light i dont now if other leds turn on because at night i let it charging then in morning it's full charged

In that case I suggest that you first of all try with another charger. If you experience the same behavior with another charger I suggest that you take the phone to a service center for examination. Please contact your local support team for more information:

yes it helped now it charges normally but now I still cannot connect to PC I tried different cables but non of them works it is not showing any signals nothing.

In this case it is likely an issue with there being only a very low charge through the USB port. Are you able to connect the phone to another PC to confirm?

It doesn't work I tried to my laptop too is not Working.What can be the solution for this problem?

I have tried with several computers and several (previously working) chargers.

I have also tried to do the "hold 10sec up button plus off" but it does not help.

What would you recommend me to do=

Just go to DEVICE AND PRINTER on your computer,...

Right click on your phone icon,and click TROUBLESHOOTING,..

It's will find any error with your device,..

And click to APPLY FIX,..

And it's done,..

Your PC can detect your xperia Z back,..

Hello Sony,

in my life i have faced the worst service from sony.

all of a sudden my phone stopped charging four days back and visited two service centers.

with out examining the mobile they are simply taking the advantage of litmus paper syaing its liquid damage

even the sweat of ur hand can change the litmus paper to red then in that case isi t liquid damage?

i dont have any issues before but all of sudden one day four days back it stopped charging.

if to think a liquid damage , i never used in water or never thrown in water not drunched in rain.

then i dont know how this litmus turn pink and these sony is trying to this as advantage to not cover the mobile under warantty.

Its one of the useless service center. when i went to authorized service cenetr they said talk with sony ppl, i dont what kind of answer it is.

My Xperia Z is not charging when its turned on (means very very slow) since today morning.But its charging when its turned off.

I really don't know what to do.So please help me
