Z2 update problem

Hello, I got a problem with updating to lollipop, my pc companion turns off my z2, next i must turn it off again when it's off **bleep**. Next when I must pin up usb to phone with pushed lowering button nothing is happening. I tried many times, i pushed other buttons but it's always the same.

If you're updating, the software will automatically power off your phone. You don't need to power it off.

If you're doing a software Phone Repair, you need to power off the phone yourself, may be wait a bit (like 30 sec) then press volume down and attach the USB cable while you're holding volume down and the mobile is still off.

It didn't helped, pc companion can't go to the next stage. :c

i don't have any error, I can't get through preparing phone for update, there are five steps I'll try with my laptop
