i updated today to lollipop. But now in my lock screen security settings i can't select "none" or "swipe". I have already tried disabling the administrators. What should i do?

This option it's not available on Lollipop

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you set up any corporate type of email on your phone that would require you to have a lock so no one can access personal/business information?

I am not sure but you can try clearing the credentials in security.

I found the solution.

You can clear the credentials (in Security) and then you can switch the screen lock.

The credintials that are on the phone will not be deleted. Just clear the credintials. It will open up the options. Settings> Security> clear credintials

I am using PIN lock in Z1. After Lolipop update, number pad left traces for fraction of second. Which is shown which no. I pressed.

Thats look like lack of security, Someone near me while unlock the lock screen, he can see my lock code.

Please resolve the issue.

My phone have no selection of none and face

Hi. I have the same problem with my Z3 compact only in 'security' the 'credentials' option is greyed out. I know that I've changed settings while activating accidentally from my pocket but I need to be able to turn screen lock off

Any ideas?

Try putting a pattern or pin or password. And then clear credentials. Then see if it works to enable swipe or none.

Hi. I do have a corporate email set up. Would I not be able to remove the PIN?

I prefer to use the pattern as security.

Thank instead of the PIN code. It takes a long tiem to type the 6 digit code each time.
