Xperia ZL won't turn on/charge/connect

I've taken it in to the store I bought it from and they couldn't do anything.
PC Companion won't recognize that it's connected to the PC.
It basically does nothing.
Has anyone had the same problem, figured out a way to fix it?

connect your phone to the wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1hour > after 1hour try to turn it on

or you can try this

open the flap for the SD card > next to it there should be a small button, you might want to use a paper clip, just be careful not to press it too hard.

Same here no sign of life from my zl c6506 none of these options will work. please someone help i dont want to buy a samsung

but cant wait 6-8 weeks for a band-aid either.

Have you tried pressing that little button near the SD card?Connect to wall charger and press that button.

This is a known problem with this godforsaken phone. Just check the forum for so many other complaints about this. Sony is neither interested in a permenant fix nor are you going to have any luck trying troubleshooting it. Just go to service center and have it replaced.
