      <description>I have been using Sony Xperia Z2 for some weeks now and I noticed that the video camera is not working. Anytime I click on it, it shows me error that the camera is not available.</description>

Tap the Application screen icon.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Find and tap&amp;nbsp;Settings&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Apps.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Swipe to the&amp;nbsp;All&amp;nbsp;tab.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Find and tap on the camera app.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Tap&amp;nbsp;Force stop&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Clear data.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Restart the phone</description>
