So after 2 weeks i called back to 1-866-766-9374 ( sony service number) and they said they already sent me the device , i asked for the tracking number and after i checked it , my phone was apparently sent to a wrong address . I called back yet again and , i explained everything and they said they will call me back in 24-48 , and here i am with no phone and no incoming call ( it`s been 48h) . So what should i do? Will i ever recieve my phone ? .
