      <description>&lt;P&gt;there are apps that run in the background the syncs or updates, this uses ram, apps like facebook,instgram, twitter, news apps , weather apps. email clients, or google apps, or even the android system itself,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is normal as long as it doesn't stay the way for too long, or makes the phone super slow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to restart your phone once in a while to free up some ram.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do not use ram savers or battery manager&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>This is true. I always have around 1.5 - 1.7 Gb free and restarting every now and then helps alot too.</description>
