Videos pause when pressing volume buttons

Hi, I have a problem while watching videos on YouTube or so.. When I use the up and down volume buttons, the video pauses for no reason and I find it so annoying.. I think it started about a month ago.. Can we fix this?? Thanks

Settings > apps > all > youtube > clear data > restart the phone and check again

also check if it works fine on safe mode

Hi,

Does this also happen for videos that are stored locally on your phone? For example, a video that you have recorded with the camera application.

No, it only happens on youtube videos.. I tried to clear data yesterday and the problem still there.. Thanks for your support

Have you tried safe mode as uliwooly suggested in his post?

Yes I just tried that and the problem did not happen in safe mode.. So I reboot normally and the problem still there

Like I thought, the problem its caused by a third party app, not a preloaded app, you will have to uninstall app by app until you find the culprit.

Thanks! I deleted latest installed apps and the problem disappeared..
