Contacts hidden and deleted

I think my problem started after i upgraded my phone to 6.0.. (something marshmelo) then one or tow day after my contacts were gone , some how my contact were hiden , it was very strange but i unhide my contacts ... BUT one or tow days after some (90%)of my contats were completely deleted and my question is WHYYYYY i had like 250+ contacts and i realy want them back

Sorry to hear that.

Have you tried to manually update the filter in the Contacts application to show all available contacts in your phone? If for example your contacts are synchronised from a Google-account you will need to select that option as described below. From what account are you synchronising your contacts?

To update the filter in the Contacts app

From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
Find and tap Contacts.
Tap the menu button (three vertical dots), then tap Filter.
Unmark the Contacts with phone numbers or Online contacts checkboxes.
Under Display contacts, select each contact service or account that you want to edit, then make the desired changes. For example, select Google and mark the all checkboxes under Google if you want to view all your Google contacts in the Contacts app.

I'm trying to find the hidden contacts on my phone. have a dual sim Sony. There is no such choice as "filters" in contacts menu.

Can anyone help?
