You can try reinstalling the update by doing a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair/m-p/1061294#M23" target="_blank"&gt;software repair&lt;/A&gt;. If this does not work I still recommend you test the SIM card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I updated to the latest update today and post update my mobile network is not showing. I tried to restart my device/ power off/ remove SIM and reinsert.. But its not showing. Is anyone else facing same issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>

Could not run updates components on your computer..unable to&lt;BR /&gt;Read local device software update files(error 12)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advise asap.. It is painful. &lt;P&gt;Could you check so that "Preferred network type" under Settings -&amp;gt; More -&amp;gt; Mobile networks is set to LTE/WCDMA/GSM or WCDMA/GSM if you don't have the version with LTE?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't help, would it be possible for you to send me a private message with some information about your phones and also a log taken after this has happened?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First open the dialer and dial *#*#7378423#*#*, select Service info -&amp;gt; Model info and note the model number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then go back to "Service info" &amp;nbsp;and select "Software info". Take a screenshot, scroll down and take another screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go back to "Service info", select "Configuration" and take a screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To take a log:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Build number, tap 7 times on the build number&lt;BR /&gt;Go back to Settings and select Developer options and turn on "USB debugging". Then tap "Logger buffer sizes" and set this to "4 M".&lt;BR /&gt;- The next time you don't get network connection:&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Developer options, select "Take bug report". When the report is ready (may take a minute or so) you get a notification that you can tap and share to Google Drive.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have sony Z3s Dual sim model D6633. After updating to Marshmellow on my phone, Gmail, Hotmail and my work email ( Gmail configured as IMAP, hotmail and work email configured as EAS ) does not Sync emails. After deleting my mail from the phone , it still shows up in the Inbox, This does not happen with my previous sony z1s or LG or Iphone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that I am using Gmail as an IMAP server and also after deleting it from the phone, I refresh it to make sure it syncs with the server and then check. Still it does not delete it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS: When I talked to SONY support, they are asking what is an IMAP server??!?!!. I can't believe what kind of people are hired to work in Support. Its really a Shame.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
