Sim card number icons are not displayed in status bar on Z5 dual

Hi everyone!

Sim card number icons are not displayed in status bar on Z5 dual. And there is a "cross" sign above signal strength icon. Has anyone experienced such problem? How this can be resolved?

Although calls from both sim cards can be made and received. Below is screenshot from phone

as far as I know, that is how it is designed on the nougat update.

Day before I upgraded my z5 dual e6683 to android 7.0. Got major issues with sim. Here only one sim is set to the 4g/ LTE setting . And that was fine until the upgrade. Now even though both the sims are inserted, only one sim is showing in the notification panel( no error messages like sim not detected or anything like a red cross which usually occurs). Interestingly whenever either of the sim is active the other slot just gets named like SLOT1 or SLOT2. I even deactivated one sim to check if the slot appears empty, but it did not! A factory reset resolved the issue temporarily but again on switching network the problem persisted. Need help ASAP!! Thanks!
