I spent 60 dollars on overwatch yet I cant play it without playstation plus but I dont have enough for playstation plus but I spent all that money on the game I shouldn't have to have playstation plus to play it

Buying an online game for ps without having enough money for the ps+ is not the best idea. At least you had to check that before buying it. By the way, Xbox has the same system. You have to pay monthly for online gaming. But there are no cheaters. But at pc, you pay once and play online for free, but there are a lot of cheaters, even if blizzard tries to fight with them. Return the game back and buy the one for pc if yours has enough performance. I also recommend you expert boosting to get a higher rank. I have used it and remained satisfied.
