My remote control started to be problematic. When I pick up the sound from the controller, it gets stuck and goes up 100%. Same as searching for channels with the +/- button. Where's the problem? TV is 2 years old.

Hi i have a x94j android tv and the voice control wont work unless bluetooth is switched on, then there's no sound through the tv. Any help is appreciated thanks

Hey Tracey335, that's because the voice control part is the only thing on the remote that needs Bluetooth.
