      <title>KDL43WF663 Internet/App Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wondering if someone can help / advise please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mum has a KDL43WF663 Sony Bravia TV, she has recently had issues when she is connected to wifi with the apps on the TV, namely the UK ones - Iplayer, ITV Player &amp;amp; Channel 4, whereby when you click on one of them it brings something else up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did the the network app refresh via the settings &amp;amp; this just left apps like Netflix, Prime &amp;amp; Youtube installed with no sign of iplayer/itv / 4OD. In investigating it and looking around I found that if I connected the TV to my phone &amp;amp; bypassed her wifi (plusnet hub, if this helps) that re-scanning bought back all the apps &amp;amp; works again. However after a few minutes of being connected back to the plusnet hub they disappear and the icons bring back up different apps. Network app refresh brings back just the apps like Netflix, Prime &amp;amp; Youtube.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if someone can advise if there is an easy fix with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
