How/where do you post a message for an issue with a sony VAIO laptop?

Hello,

Hope someone can help. I am trying to post a support/help message on a vaio forum but I can't see how to do this. Please could someone advise I am having issue with my blu ray optical drive. I have contacted vaio help via email but they are next to useless at getting back to me. Rather frustrating really.
