Sony Support Denmark IS A JOKE!

Trye this phone no. 0045 89 88 35 76 you will never never get to talk to a person. If they do not just hangup right away, you can be on hold forever, and i mean FOREVER.

And then there is the help you get from writing back and forth by email. They ask a question, you answer immediately, then they wait one to two days to ask the next question.

HOW HARD CAN IT BE! I bought a game online on PS Store, the server when down, i didnt get the game but i payed for it. I gave them all the info they need (Paypal and banks numbers), repeatedly.

But nothing happens

Do Sony Support has any pride?
