Hi there

I am unsure on what you are referring to (or even which website). But on the Sony Community forums, your Username is normally your email address - which you have successfully logged into in order to post your message

Lets try the @Toenail1948 trick too and see if they can get the email saying they have been mentioned.

(Although as you say they must know it to be logged in)
