Cashback issue

Can someone please help. I have been trying to reply to the email that I received as I need to attach proof of purchase etc. Even though I am replying to the email I received my reply is being returned with "not a valid email address". Can anyone provide the correct email address. I did not think that this process could be as difficult.

it is an Alpha 7 MK 2 camera, model name ILCE-7M2

there is supposed to be £200 cash back on this camera

My email was received from sonyeurope@mail.sony-europe.com

however if I click to reply, the reply email shows as Campaign.administration.co.uk@eu.sony.com

Maybe you could try both?
