      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cashback been rejected as my 'customer confirmation' &amp;nbsp;from John Lewis is 'not an invoice'. &amp;nbsp;What a scam - that's what I have from John Lewis - sent with a picture of the serial number from actual TV. &amp;nbsp; Really disappointing service when I have spent over 2k on a TV and was considering buying the cheaper LG version instead. &amp;nbsp; Guess what I'll do next time they make a cashback offer which they want to be hard to claim? &amp;nbsp; Buy the other product as I can't be bothered with the hassle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
