What a terrible service Sony provide. I have tried to get onto Sony support both in live chat and by email reply. Both ask me for the model number I need help with but when I do the fiels simply clears and will not allow me to proceed. What is the point of it? Does anyone from Sony ever read anything on here? It's very very poor. I bought a product specifically for the holiday/vacation I am now on, but now cannot use it. Nothing in the instruction leaflet explains what to do and I am unable to get through to anyone at Sont for help. CAN ANYONE HEAR THIS???!!!

Just to say Sony don't respond on the forum.

Did you try phoning Support on +44 (0) 2073652810?

If not that would probably have been quicker for you.
