UK Sony music email address required

Hi guys

Sorry to post this request on here as I know it doesn't really apply to this community.. but I am just hopeful.

I have been frustrated in trying to find a complaints email address for Sony Columbia Legacy in the UK as there is a huge issue with one of their recent CD boxset issues. All I can find is a 'reception' email address in London, which is seemingly not being replied to.

It seems that there is no email address or dedicated phone line ANYWHERE on the internet.

At the end of my tether I thought I should register and ask the community here. I hope someone can help me - I am writing on behalf of hundreds of people who will also need this info!!

Hi @Slartifast, welcome to the Community

You're right, it's not the sort of thing this community can really help with. I do know Sony Music is an umbrella for lots of different labels, and the best way to tackle issues like this is to go direct to the label concerned.

The only email I can find for Columbia is Columbia.Publicity@sonymusic.com

Maybe you can do more detective work? Sorry I can be of any more help than that.
