HT-CT80 - Soundbar turns off

Hello,

I've recently purchased a KD-55X8507C Android TV and with the deal came a HT-CT80 Soundbar, problem is...it keeps turning off after a while 10-15 mins.

This occurs with either Optical or Analog outputs. It like as if the Soundbar doesn't recognise that the TV is outputting any dound, but it is.

Also, when trying enter Home Cinema setup, it says the soundbar isn't compatible with the TV, which is kind of stupid since the TV comes with the soundbar.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one experiencing this, I hope to find a resolution to this problem.

Had exactly the same problem with the one I purchased from Currys.

Returned it and heard nothing for 4 weeks.

Went in today and they gave me a new one.

Hope this one is ok.

Obviously Sony have a problem with these units.

Mine came with my TV, are you saying that the soundbar is faulty or not compatible?
