bought this sound bar 2 weeks ago and the sub woofer seems to make little or no difference to the sound, even on stuff with a lot of bass. I also seem to get what sounds like wind blowing in the sub woofer even when there is no sound playing. I have tried the usual turn of n on, re pair the sub woofer but getting nowhere. Any help appreciated..

Same issue with mine started a couple of weeks ago - Reset the bar and powercycle to no avail. Did you or anyone get this sorted out ?

Thanks

Xeishan

So after numerous tries i toggled with the Audio button on the remote and the bass came back ! - Page 8 in the menu:

Selecting multiplex broadcast sound (Dual Mono) Main Outputs only the main channel. The OPTICAL indicator flashes twice. Sub Outputs only the sub channel. The ANALOG indicator flashes twice. Main/Sub Main sound is output from the left speaker and sub sound is output from the right speaker. The OPTICAL and ANALOG indicators flash twice.
