Hello, i own sony shake-33, but without speakers (i own only player), so i need to buy new speakers, my question... can i order passive speakers with 400w rms? or active speakers? ... do i need to buy speakers with 2200 rms? (its written on the box) ... thanks.

i own only player, not speakersback side of player

Hi Sonny,

Welcome to the community.

Since the connectors for the SHAKE-33 are very special, you’ll need to have the original speakers. Check out EET here for some replacement speakers and let us know how you get on.

thanks for your answer, i bought this player without speakers and i cant buy speakers alone, i can buy passive speakers for good price with cinch connectors.... so.. what now?

Does it work, if you connect the speakers you bought to the "Party Chain" chinch output?
