Sony shake 1xd not working radio cd an audio lines in down ?

Hi hope anyone can help I've got a shake x1d had from new out of warranty now I think as over 12 months the Bluetooth still working but lines in radio an cd are not working at all cheers

Hiya sorry for the late reply the only thing working at the moment is the Bluetooth an it works fine the radio cd and the lines in from the tv have no sound at all ? cheers regards Chris

Hi again,

Have you made sure that you select the correct input when playing content on a CD or TV for example? I think you can do that using the Function +/- button.

Have you tried to reset the system? the steps can be found on page 51 of the manual: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/res/manuals/4571/45713311M.pdf

Hiya mate yeh it's shows on the screen wot input it's on I've also done the reset not sure wots up with it to be fair it's also got no screen from the dvd player aswell?
