RMT Dslr2 Remote Commander

I've just bought a remote commander but am having trouble getting it to work. I've consulted the enlosed instructions, I have tried changing the battery and have tried being close to the front of the camera, stepping further back and even tried a darker room in which to use commander.

My camera was focused, exposed, ready to go and I have tried it with another camera which is comaptible yet still not achieved a shutter release.

Has anyone had dificulties with this product and found the solution?

My guess is that you haven't turned on remote control in the menu.

Yes eddie is right you have to go to setting and turn ON Remote controll option by default it comes with off.
