NEX3 ...forcing lower exp?

Hi...in manual mode...how do I force the exp. lower whilst keeping shutter and aperture setting the same? I can do it by waving camera ar till correct setting..then 1/2 pressing shutter...then recomposing shot...must b a better way. thanks.

Hi,

Yes, there's an easy way to control the exposure level without changing aperture or shutter speed. Simply press the mode dial downwards and adjust the exposure setting.

You can adjust it up to +/- 2EV.
