It works for a while then buttons become unresponsive. I have tried numerous things: re-intialised the camera, removed the battery for an extended period of time, updated the firmware to 3.20 and many other suggestions put forward on the internet. It appears I am not alone in this problem as there are many other users who have experienced this problem. It is annoying after having spent close to £2000 on additional lenses to find this camera so unreliable. I am fortunate I still have all my Canon equipment that has never let me down. Sony build quality is not that good when considering my sons HX50 had to be replaced after 3 months then his A7 II after 6 months as they just stopped working.
