Playmemories website server error

I cannot login to the playmemories site to purchase an app, it accepts my password but then a pop up says:

"Server error. Please reload the page after a while. (# 9201)"

Been trying all day, tried 3 different browsers, PSN says all services are up and running.

Cannot connect to the store though the camera either 'unkown error, the application will close' everytime I try to log in. Why make it such a pain for us to buy apps that should have been on the camera in the first place?
