Hi everyone,

I have registered my product DSC-WX350 camera in sony online portal. The seller said that after I register my product there I will be able to see the warranty of the product in myaccount, but I do not see this area. Can you please let me know where I can find the warranty of the product?

Hi Andrei,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

If you've registered your camera via MySony with the correct purchase date, you should be able to view your warranty via the Warranty Checker.

Thank you for your answer. I have clicked on Warranty Checker, I have entered the serial number and the system gave me a result. But can not find somewhere the "physical" warranty, like the ones on paper. I need it for a smal repair and I can not find.
