It can sometimes be dealt with by resetting the camera, instructions for which should be in your user manual. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Using a pointed tool such as a ballpoint pen, press the small reset button on the side of the camera for 2 seconds. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Hopefully that will clear the error message; if not, you may have to look at a repair.
