I was happy until I noticed a load of bright white pixels on the flip-out LCD screen -- there are "constellations" of them, very annoying. I didn't notice them at first, but they are so obvious to me now that I think they must not have been there until after updating the firmware to 3.0 (maybe just a coincidence...). I don't think they are on the recorded image, I've not yet checked, but they aren't there in the viewfinder. I'm not sure what to do. My inclination is to take the camera back to John Lewis. But I need it very soon for an imprtant job.
