Dears,

I have found information Windows 8.1 is not supported by DCR-TRV355E (and vice versa).

After upgrade to 8.1 by automatic Windows Update system cannot detect my Handycam DCR-TRV355E via USB, what is unbelievably by me 😞

My Dell Inspirion does not have firewire port. How can I get my shots into the NTB to process them, please???
