Hi i have a handycam Handycam dcr-sr33e which is great but last year my laptop died and i had to buy a new laptop, i have lost the cd rom for the camcorder, is there anywhere i can download it, i am on windows 10. i have also found out i have lost the sync cable, i bought one off ebay but without the program i dont know if it will work, if it doesnt can i still buy one through sony?. thank you in advance. Paula

Everything on the CD will be way out of date and no longer supported.

You need to download ‘Imaging Edge’ software from the support website for your model here:

Follow links to Play Memories - you may need to install this first.

Details of cables etc will be in the Manual which can also be downloaded from the same support site.
