my laptop doesn't start anymore... It seems that "boot.ini" file has been corrupted (after "partition magic" use...)
windows does not start anymore. And I cannot open the dvd reader to put a bootable CD. (It seems to me that it can be opened only when you have open a windows session)

So what can I do ?
1/ use a trick I don't know yet (to learn) to manage to open the dvd reader, and then put a bootable cd in it (such as windows cd) and then correct the corrupted file (boot.ini) ?
2/ take out the hard drive and put as a slave on another pc and correct the file suposed to be corrupted ?

What are your ideas ?

There is a tiny hole at the drive. This is a button.

So, You have to take anything thin thing
then stand up and say the words VAIO VAIO GIVE ME FEVER
then turn around 3 times
jump 2 times
then say the words VAIO VAIO ZAP-ZAP-RAP
and then put anything thin thing into the hole.
that should open the drive. But be quite:smileyshhh: Its a special VAIO trick.
