Installed service pack: WindowsXP Home SP2 <BR /> Still using service pack: yes <BR />2. Detailed problem description: I still have a problem when i turn on the computer (in orde to solve it i sent it to the warranty service but it seems like if the problem is still there). The problem is that almost all the time i want to start the computer it appears the vaio logo and after it a black screen having on the top of the left side of the screen a little white line flashing all the time and the computer doesn't start. In order to start it i need to press the ctrl+alt+cancel many times. Now i am thinking to send it back to the warranty service but before i do it again maybe you have a solution for it. Anyway i have the feeling the computer i have is a real bad machine. In the reparation they changed everything, motherboard, harddisk, etc. etc. and the problem is still there. <BR />3.
